  I am a bit torn writing this review as I really want to give them a good review. This location is fantastic! The beef burger is fairly small, but tasty. From a management point of view, they hire too many staff to have the place empty. The price is very high to justify the location. They should keep the food simple rather than fancy. The tourist and visitor traffic should be sufficient to turn around the sales. I recommend the management focuses the quantity, quality and efficiency of food delivery. Serve things like fresh, good fish & chips, burgers on the go, gourmet sausage rolls… The premium service does work well at that place.

  Great location - terrible food and service Beautiful setting and view over the water. Shame for terrible service. Staff were not friendly at all and it felt like it was a 'hassle' for them to serve us. Ordered a white wine and a beer and they were both so warm, no coldness at all so tasted terrible. Food was completely overpriced and no value for what you got and not tasty. Couple next to us were waiting nearly an hour for some simple fish and chips and kept asking about it to the rude staff and turned out they had given the food to a different table. Yes, accidents can happen, but the way they dealt with it wasn't right and they weren't even that apologetic. Wont be back - shame as it is so beautiful there. They could have made this place great. Instead walked away really annoyed and not satisfied.
